Product update

Cookie release

This year has been dominated by the Cookie release which includes major enhancements such as in the area of manual testing.

The key abilities are to integrate directly into Jira, manually control the test picture evidence, and utilize step URLs during a live test.

Automation has been improved for the new chromium engine, including handling extra-large data grids, Self-healing capabilities, easier-to-use get-from-screen controls, and managing the version control of assets.

Qualify Web

On the management front, lots of enhancements have been made to the ever-increasingly popular Qualify Web version.

Full capabilities for planning, resource management, teams, and bulk assignments are now available for the first time. No longer get frustrated if you need to select lots of rows as this is now done with one click, coupled with full RTF picture support.

The tile view is now even smoother with default preferences being allowed in the client along with a much-asked-for capability to select multiple resources at once (great for exploratory or crowd testing.)

Jira

Finally, showing our commitment to future-proofing, after a major change to one of our integration partners Jira we have re-engineered the entire Jira plug-in to ensure a smooth transition for years to come.

Looking forward we have some exciting UI re-design to ensure the product set is as up-to-date looking as it is functionally. Also while more people are now deploying databases in the cloud security is at the fore, both SSO and SSL will also be looked at in future releases.

Please contact your customer success representative for more detailed information as required.

Introducing our new Head of Customer Success Pam Grimley

For the last 16 years, customer experience and success have been at the heart of what I do.

So almost three months into my role as Head of Success I am delighted to see and hear how our solutions can make a difference and look forward to taking our services to the next level.

My sewa (for those of you familiar with Sikhism) is helping prepare food at the local temple as I have an innate desire to feed people and despite being a self-confessed petrolhead I am also very happy on two legs chasing my 3 dogs around the Derbyshire countryside.

Going forward

If you have made it to this point I hope it means you found this update of interest.

If there is anything else you would like to see featured in future communications, I’d love to hear your thoughts or if you would like to talk about your future plans, opportunities to expand the use of the solutions, or even a chat about cars please reach out to me here.
